Every promo item has a minimum order quantity (MOQ). Some digitally printed items and engraved plaques start at one piece. More recently, many items have a twelve piece minimum but many smaller value items start with an order of 100 to 150 pieces.
Every item has its own “unit” price, but generally speaking, the more of an item you buy, the less each item will cost! This is essentially a volume discount.

We like to have 3 to 4 weeks to talk through and feel well-prepared for your merchandise choices. Sometimes we may be able to get a job rushed to meet a deadline, but there is usually a fee for that. There are times that we turn down jobs because we are not convinced it is even possible to make your deadline. We don’t want your mugs to show up AFTER your event (and we’re pretty sure you don’t want that either), which is why we work hard to be transparent and realistic about timelines upfront.

In 2023, Little Mountain Printing decided to jump deeper into apparel decorating by purchasing four embroidery heads and two heat presses. These investments have allowed us to start doing more detailed decorating in-house and offer more control over deadlines and quality.
With a flatbed and cap press, we are able to use heat transfers and Direct To Film techniques for full color printing on smaller apparel orders. Similarly, the addition of embroidery heads allows smaller jobs to be done right here and move out the door even faster than before.
