Custom Embroidery

Custom Embroidery is a classic choice for decorated apparel, providing a great-looking logo! When sewn onto quality apparel, our custom embroidery creates a clean and consistent design which showcases your message. Our affordable custom embroidery prices, low-minimum quantities, and high quality standards are set to meet our customer’s needs and exceed their expectations.

Embroidery Pricing is based on the quantity of pieces in an order and the number of stitches in the design. Quantity price breaks are at 12, 24, 36, 48, 72, 144, 288. The more pieces ordered at one time, the lower the price will be.

EMBROIDERY MINIMUM – 6 pieces.

DIGITIZATION.
Left or Right Chest or Cap Front up to 15,000 stitches. $45.
Simple Text with 1 or 2 lines, up to 6,000 stitches. $25.
Edit Fee for minor changes to previously digitized designs done by Little Mountain Printing. $25.
Designs exceeding 15,000 stitches are quoted.

LAYOUT AND DESIGN.
Fifteen (15) minutes of design time is included with each apparel order. Design charges ($59.95 / hour) may apply if acceptable art files are not submitted by the customer.
Design Edits… may be required if type size is very small (such as “tag lines”) or if the design has fine details which will be lost. We make suggestions for changes which will assure a legible and quality design.

ACCEPTABLE ART FILES.
We prefer vector files created in Adobe Illustrator (ai, eps, pdf) with fonts converted to outlines, but for embroidery a high-res .jpg (or equivalent) may be sufficient. If we receive artwork which will compromise the final outcome of your project we will contact you with suggestions.

PROOFS.
Prior to production, we will provide a summary of your order and an art proof. These will include the apparel and decorating details, an itemization of costs and an image of the design(s). It is the responsibility of the customer to review all information and proofs provided, including: layout, colors, dimensions and spelling. If changes are requested, a second proof will be sent.

Upon request, we will sew one in-hands sample for inspection for $45 plus any digitization charges and shipping. Changes may create artwork edit charges.

PERSONALIZATION.
Add an employee name and/or title to a decorated apparel item. Personalization can create an air of friendliness and identify employees as individual representatives of a company… whether at the office, or on a doorstep.

CUSTOM EMBROIDERED PATCHES.
Patches offer the high-quality look of direct embroidery without the permanence, giving you the flexibility of adding your customized design to any article of clothing regardless of size, shape, or fabric. Send us the artwork for your custom embroidered patches or let our experienced team design the perfect patch for you. When you order, you can select your choice of sizes, styles, colors and shapes. You can also choose which backing best suits your needs for your custom embroidered patches.

SHIPPING. All orders will be drop shipped to the customer at an additional charge. Little Mountain Printing will ship via UPS Ground and is not responsible for the delay of any freight carrier.

RETURN POLICY. All garment decoration is custom, therefore, completed orders are not eligible for exchanges or returns. All Sales are Final.

COMPLAINTS/ INSPECTION. Although we strive to deliver 100% Customer Satisfaction – the customer is responsible for inspecting the order upon receipt. If there are any damages, discrepancies or other causes for concern, please contact Little Mountain Printing within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.

COPYRIGHT/TRADEMARK LAWS. Little Mountain Printing assumes when artwork is submitted for use in decorating an order, it was submitted in full compliance with the laws governing copyright and/or trademark. Customers, by placing these orders, agree to hold Little Mountain Printing and all employees not liable for any damages and/or costs arising as a consequence of our use of customer supplied artwork.
