Custom Screen Printing is by far the most popular decoration choice for t-shirts and sweatshirts. Our custom screen printed items feature a vibrant, high-quality print that is cost effective and long lasting; Up to 10 spot colors, or full-color process, available.
Screen Print Pricing is based on the quantity of pieces in an order, the number of ink colors, and the number of locations. Quantity price breaks are at 24, 36, 48, 72, 144, 288, 576. To reach higher quantity discounts, multiple styles of “flat” items, such as t-shirts, long-sleeve t-shirts, sweatshirts, or polos, etc., may be combined into one order if all items are receiving the same design, in the same location.

Set-Up Fee: $20 per color / per location.
FREE Set-Ups on any re-order placed within 1 year – using exact same artwork and location.
Ink Color Change Fee: $15 per color / per location

LAYOUT AND DESIGN.
Fifteen (15) minutes of design time is included with each apparel order. Design charges ($59.95 / hour) may apply if acceptable art files are not submitted by the customer. Design Edits… may be required if type size is too small (under 8 points) or if the design has fine details which will be lost. We make suggestions for changes which will assure a legible and quality design.
ACCEPTABLE ART FILES.
We prefer vector files created in Adobe Illustrator (ai, eps, pdf) with fonts converted to outlines, which eliminates font compatibility issues. Vector designs are required for screen printing. If we receive files in other formats (psd, bmp, jpg, tif, indd, pub) we will gladly create the required vector artwork at an additional cost.
Prior to production, we will provide a summary of your order and an art proof. These will include the apparel and decorating details, an itemization of costs and an image of the design(s). It is the responsibility of the customer to review all information and proofs provided, including: layout, colors, dimensions and spelling. If changes are requested, another proof will be sent, until approved.
Upon request, we will print one in-hands sample for inspection for $45 plus any set-up charges and shipping. Changes may create new set-up charges.
STANDARD PRODUCTION TIME.
Little Mountain Printing requires 10 business days for production and delivery of all decorating orders. Production time begins upon receipt of an approval by the customer on the order summary and art proofs.
If an order is needed sooner than our standard 10-day production time, it is considered a Rush Order. Although we strive to meet our customer’s needs, the feasibility for all rush order requests is determined by our production schedule at the time the request is made. Rush orders are subject to a 15% Surcharge Fee. Rush delivery is not included in the rush service.
ITEMS SUPPLIED BY CUSTOMER.
We cannot guarantee the quality of decoration on customer supplied merchandise. We reserve the right to refuse decoration on items that may cause damage to equipment; for the same reason all customer supplied garments must be new and unlaundered. If spoilage should occur during the decorating process, Little Mountain Printing will not replace the item. A 20% surcharge to our regular decorating prices will apply.
